ManyMental Mistakes Live @ CJLO

Montreal post-punk/no-wave trio ManyMental Mistakes recorded a set for Dirty Work, here's a little write up on the session by Dirty Work host Denis:

"Back in January 2011, we were graced by ManyMental Mistakes in the CJLO studio space.  It was a cold Monday afternoon, and they brought a heated energy to their performance, playing all new material from a forthcoming release.  They also were gracious enough to give us an over 20 minute interview where they discussed everything from their musical influences to their odd and sometimes risqué onstage attire. Their tasty brand of art punk is full of clashes, contradictions and delicious effects-laden feedback. Trippy, frantic, messy and tight, they are not to be missed."

The band was also one of the many local bands gracious enough to donate their time and songs to our 2011 Signal to Noise Pakistani flood relief benefit concert series.  Thx guys!
