Here's where we stand: The engineer, Ed, is talking with the city today to clear up any permit issues. Tomorrow, Matt, Ed, and I are going to the building for one final verification and to make sure the transmitter location (a room inside on the top floor) is big enough. The contractor that did the work at Radio Shalom will be meeting with Ed and Matt on Wednesday to go over details and get started on an estimate.

All this can be summed up into this one key phrase: With 95% certainty, the building will support the antenna. We'll do the final inspection tomorrow and I hope to give a final answer immediately after that. Things are looking good.

Where do we go from here? Pending the final 'Yes', we need to finish the permit process with the city. Concurrently, we'll be able to order the antenna, which will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. We'll need to negotiate the lease with the building. Once this is done, we'll be able to set an official 'On-Air' date. Personally, I can't wait.

Due to the high acclaim surrounding the last 'March to AM' promo spot, we've produced another. Download it here.
