Today, I'm going to meet with a new engineer, "Abe", and a contractor that's done similar work. Abe and the contractor were both involved with the Radio Shalom antenna project, so they have a good idea on what will and what won't work. We're going to have a tour of the Garfield/Garport buildings again, this time with more competent eyes. I'll let you know how it went when I get back.
Two of my commercial agents have found interested landlords already. Unfortunately, one of them was a large residential building in the heart of Cote-St-Luc, which does not meet our height or population density limitations. They're still looking and I believe that something good will come out of this.
