Good news. We've found a spot in Lachine, on the ground, that is suitable for our antenna. Matt, our AM consultant, has been to the site and says that it will work. I've been working with a broker up to this point and they are very helpful and willing to meet our needs. I'll be meeting the owner on Wednesday to go over details, plot-size specifics, and whatnot.
I am also talking with the city to find out what exactly needs to be done permit-wise. We will need a construction permit, but beyond that I'm not sure. I will probably end up heading down to the Lachine Burrough Hall tomorrow afternoon to meet with them in person.
All in all, things are looking good. Provided there aren't any major roadblocks that suddenly appear, we'll be looking at a June launch date. That's our programming on the air in June, after about a month's worth of testing in May.
