Our offer to lease has been accepted by the landlord! Pending a construction permit from the Burrough of Lachine, we will have a full lease in the next week or two. I went down to the Burrough Hall on Monday and put in the application for the permit and they expect it to take one to two weeks before it is ready. From my conversations with the urban engineer prior to this, we shouldn't be expecting any troubles on that front.
We have also received our brand new broadcast console and will be installing it the week after next. If you're at the studios during normal office hours, stop in and have a look at the new beauty. It's gorgeous.
