Rule/World: Jason Rule to DJ on Haze World

On Monday, January 20th, Haze World will feature a guest mix by Jason Rule of CFMU's Astral Travelling show. Jason's taste runs pretty similar to a typical Haze World, particularly the dance music, heady vs. physical end. Expect to hear him playfully running through a selection of favorites with some unlikely surprises as well.

Freelove Fenner - Do Not Affect A Breezy Manner

Do Not Affect A Breezy Manner is the début full-length album by Montreal three-piece band Freelove Fenner. The trio consists of Peter Woodford, Caitlin Loney, and Michael Wright, and their album offers 18 tightly-produced and restrained tracks, none venturing much beyond two minutes. The excess fat has been trimmed almost as if the band were on a diet of musical minimalism, which ensures that each track is reduced to its basic necessities.

The Only Thing Good About 2013 was the Music from tweegirl on 8tracks Radio.

The title says it all. 2013 sucked, but the music released this year was über rad.
