Hi and welcome to Unabridged the CJLO 1690am open mic show. Unabridged is the brainchild of Bassam Chiblak, Lachlan Fletcher, and Jessica Lynn MacDonald, three Concordia students who wanted to inquire into a not oft used technological medium that would promote the literary experiments of local Montréal dramatists, poets, and prose writers. Upon individually suggesting to personally develop a creative writing show in the summer of 2009 to CJLO program director, Brian Joseph, the latter realised that if  Bassam, Jessica, and Lachlan, worked together on a united venture, then a literary show would be feasible.A lot of preparation has gone into the show’s concept. Many of you have probably even heard of the proposed program from the source–its creators. Furthermore, you may already have potentially been in touch with them about the show. The buzz is huge–think beehive–expectations are high–don’t think kite, think CN tower–but in order for this thing to work  everyone’s help will be required.How can you be of assistance? Simple.
