Opinions, opinions, opinions.... We all have them, but not everyone gets that chance to voice ‘em. Well, that’s about to change, I want to hear what you have to say, so I invite you all to pick up the phone and call my show every week and say what you have to say. The floor is open, and so is the phone line… mind you just be prepped to back up what you have to say, because there is that chance I might just disagree with you…

Franco Proietto & the Comic Returns on Tuesday

WatercoolerTALK :: Tuesday, March 10, 2009 :: Franco Proietto & the Comic Returns
I’ve been playing his music for over a year, and after realizing that his time has come Franco Proietti will join us for the full two hours, and he’ll be bringing some new music from The Franco Proietti Morph-tet.
Coming off a Sunday night of comedy at Cock ’n’ Bull, Dan Derkson is back; and we’ll be recapping Holy Crap! 2. He’s also got a show at the Comedy Works tonight starting 8:30pm, so if you get a chance go check it out.
Oh and hey, we’ll be doing a live video stream again! You can check it out at http://www.paulogic.com/live or http://www.ustream.tv/channel/watercoolertalk.
Feel free to join in on the webchat or you can call in at +1 (514) 848-7471.
WatercoolerTALK broadcasts live, every Tuesday morning on CJLO 1690am from 8am to 10am, all the way from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you’re outside the Montreal area, feel free to listen live online at http://www.cjlo.com.

Back tomorrow morning!

Back bright and early tomorrow morning, with some good music from Montreal's very own Patrick Krief, from Black Diamond Bay, and some of his solo work. You might know Patrick from the Dears, and if you ever took Guitar class at Dawson a few years back, he was likely you TA!
We'll also be chatting about the shooting incident in Montreal North, and the rioting that occured the day after.
And for those who live in the Westmount Ville-Marie area, we're off to polls on September 8th. But do you know who the candidates are?
As always feel free to call in, (514) 848-7471.

No show this week! (March 25, 2008)
Sorry folks, there won't be a show later this morning. Thanks to the wonderful icy sidewalks in downtown Montreal, I managed to wipe out pretty darn hard on Thursday evening, while things seemed all fine and dandy, this morning I woke up with severe pains in the back. So, instead of entertaining all of you from 8 -10am, I will be likely sitting "patiently" (no pun intended) in a clinic to make sure nothing is wrong.I will be back next week, with a complete and finished letter to the Mayor of Montreal, inviting him to come on the show. Oh, if wishing made it so!Just a quick note, that this weekend wasn't all lost, Irked Magazine's milestone 5th issue is now online for your perusing. Go check it out at www.irkedmagazine.com!Until next week...Paul

Watercooler TALK - Tuesday, March 18, 2008 - 8am
It has been one of those weeks! I've been on spring break since March 1, one of the perks of working in a High School. (I know you all hate me now... well deal with it.) I was really hoping that the second week of my break would be calm and relaxing, a good way to decompress from the "joyous" adventures through the Caribbean... Well, it was far from that, and I'd personally like to thank the Ville de Montreal for that. I've decided to invite the Mayor of Montreal, Gerard Tremblay onto the show. Maybe he can tell me why the city's many many sidewalks have not been de-iced once this entire winter! We'll be chattin' about that tomorrow... We'll have a quick recap of last weeks screenings at the Ottawa Reel Food Festival, as well as a few reviews of some films, you should avoid, and some you should see. And finally, a chat about missing luggage, which leads into trust? Yup. Listen in, tomorrow morning bright and early!

This week!

Ever wonder what it's like to go Go Karting with a professional race car driver? Well, I had the chance this weekend, and it was something special. Also, a little chat about egos and paintball.
As promised, music by Chris Hein and The Buffalo Gang, right of their album Colder Days. You can download the album free off their website, so go check 'em out, and give them your support!

And as always, we'll have the new battle rant of the week: Drinking and Driving.
So, wake up early, and tune in!
