CJLO is getting ready to throw its first ever Battle of the Bands this March!
We're looking for Concordia bands to battle it out for a grand prize of studio time to record a demo with a CJLO producer as well as an on air interview and website feature (total value $1,000).
The battle of epic proportions will be judged by a panel of CJLO execs and producers and an industry professional to be announced!
So if you're in a band and at least one of your members is a Concordia student follow the submission guidelines below and email your entry to battle@cjlo.com!
Submission Guidelines - must include:
- Two Band Photos
- A Band Bio (250 Words Max)
- List Of Influences
- 1 Track MP3 Demo (or MySpace link)
- List of Which Members are Concordia Students
Deadline for submission is February 12th - Mark it on your calendar!

Hi Ben,
We will reviewing all of the submissions, including the MP3s and then selecting the best to compete live at the show. The final contest will be based on the stage performance.
