DJ F.U.N.K. loves music of all shapes and sizes. He has been a bedroom producer for years, cooking up beats and pieces and has recently moved into Deejaying. He views the music he plays as a fine melange of fresh produce, herbs and spices prepared with care using ginsu knives and spatulas - a little sweet a little savory. Bangers and Mash is replete with old and new disco/funk/electro bangers chopped live and tossed in a fine vinaigrette. The show represents an expedition deep into the robot soul of electronic music - inspiration intimately threaded with innovation - a marriage of the old with the new. DJ F.U.N.K. also believes that the best music comes from the people in his neighbourhood.
