HOOKED on SONiCs is yer weekly dose of indie rock, post-punk, power pop, emocore, noise pop and anything with loud geetars...with sometimes a little alt-country, post rock and hip hop tossed into the mix.  We basically bring you what we think is the best in new underground rock.

Well, now it's just down to one...as Dr. Lou rode off into the sunset of "working for the government" (actually true), yer boy Crash Goodness continues the SONiCs show, routinely inviting a varied assortment of guest co-hosts here and there.  And yes, doing the show solo has made me extra paranoid, as the photo on the left can attest to...

Yep, I know, I know...the actual website hasn't been updated in a year...sorry...but work and "real life" kinda took precedence...anyhow...I'm gonna try to use this CJLO thingy to post more updates and news hopefully on a more regular basis - yeeeeah, um...don't hold me to that.
