A group of Dawson College students are spreading positivity throughout Montreal by giving everyone free hugs.

According to CBC News, the students have been spotted near the Dawson campus holding up signs with encouraging words written on them.

These students have stated that they want to unite the city of Montreal with small acts of kindness.

Bruno, the dog who survived inside of an abandoned well for 28 days, is recovering from his injuries in Saskatoon.

According to CBC News, the 7 year old Labrador retriever was found after several other dogs came to visit him.

The vets have stated that Bruno is getting better with each passing day and will be able to live a long and happy life.

Taiwan will become the first country in Asia to legalize same-sex marriage.

According to the Associated Press, Taiwanese lawmakers are in the process of creating 3 bills supporting marriage equality.

Taiwan’s first female head of state, President Tsai Ing-wen, has been a prominent supporter of same-sex marriage and is doing everything in her power to make marriage equality a reality in her country.

The Polish defence ministry is giving free self-defense classes to women nationwide.

According to BBC News, the classes will begin on November 19th and continue until June 3rd.

This is the first time the Polish military has offered this kind of program to citizens.
