The Limelight

Hosted by

Welcome to The Limelight! Hosted by J-Nice and myself the Lady Oracle.  What brought us to CJLO was that we were tired of hearing mainstream Hip Hop & poppy R&B on the airwaves, we knew that there were peeps out there who wanted to hear artists like J Dilla, Common, The Roots, Jill Scott, MF Doom, De La Soul, Canadian, Montreal and any artist who was putting out something real.

Tune into The Limelight Saturdays from 4pm to 6pm

Today in The Limelight we're going to be playing our favorite tracks for 2009.  Find out which tracks myself and J-Nice are feeling the most.

In addition to the best of 2009 we got the best of the decade coming up on our show January 2nd 2010.  We'll be looking back on the last ten years in hip hop and playing the tracks that we loved over the last ten years.  Have no doubt this will be a daunting task as there have been lots of great hip hop over the last ten years.  See who makes the cut!!!

Peace
