Timestretch

Timestretch is an electronic music segment dedicated to whatever music I’m feeling at a given moment. While this normally means a mixture of jungle, garage and other UK sounds, at other times it might mean a deep dive into a different genre, place or period. I have a thing for lush vocals, breaks and rolling basslines so if you like that then you’ll probably enjoy yourself. 

I also tell the stories behind the genres I play, paying particular attention to those whose contributions are ignored in popular understandings of electronic music. So much history seems to have been conveniently forgotten - my hope is that the show can be a space to resist that tendency, even just a little.
