Well, now it's just down to one...as Dr. Lou rode off into the sunset of "working for the government" (actually true), yer boy Crash Goodness continues the SONiCs show, routinely inviting a varied assortment of guest co-hosts here and there. And yes, doing the show solo has made me extra paranoid, as the photo on the left can attest to...

Yep, I know, I know...the actual website hasn't been updated in a year...sorry...but work and "real life" kinda took precedence...anyhow...I'm gonna try to use this CJLO thingy to post more updates and news hopefully on a more regular basis - yeeeeah, um...don't hold me to that.
